Application Instructions  
1. Preheat your iron or heat press to medium-high (300–320°F / 150–160°C). Turn off steam.  
2. Place the decal on fabric with design facing up.  
3. Cover with parchment paper or a thin cloth.  
4. Press firmly for 15–20 seconds with iron (12–15 seconds with press). Do not slide iron.  
5. Let cool slightly, peel backing gently. If edges lift, re-press 5–10 seconds.  
6. Cover again and press 5–10 seconds for a secure finish.  

Care Instructions  
- Wash garment inside out in cold water  
- Hang dry or tumble dry low  
- Do not bleach or dry clean  
- Do not iron directly over the decal
