Application Instructions  
1. Preheat your iron or heat press to medium-high (300–320°F / 150–160°C). Turn off steam.  
2. Place decal on fabric with the design facing up.  
3. Cover with parchment paper or a thin cloth.  
4. Press firmly for 15–20 seconds with iron (12–15 seconds with heat press). Do not slide the iron.  
5. Let cool slightly, then peel off the backing. If edges lift, re-press 5–10 seconds.  
6. Cover and press again for 5–10 seconds to seal.  

Care Instructions  
- Wash garment inside out in cold water  
- Hang dry or tumble dry low  
- Do not bleach or dry clean  
- Do not iron directly over the decal
